The question we begin with
Can regular gatherings in the same place help neighbours build relationships?
Sharing a neighbourhood does not always mean feeling part of a community. We want to create a welcoming, regular reason to get to know the people nearby.
What we want to do
We are preparing a concept for a series of gatherings in Szczecin. A shared experience, such as a short film, would lead into conversations in small groups.
A regular rhythm and welcoming host should make returning easier. Participants can recognise familiar faces, pick up conversations and help shape future gatherings.
The venue, participant group, programme and pilot dates will be chosen together with a local partner.
Who it is for
Szczecin residents who want to meet people in their neighbourhood. The specific group and accessibility arrangements will be defined through co-design.
