A new place for the future.

A place where people, knowledge and ideas for a better world come together. Where we can ask how we want to live and work towards answers together.

We believe that advances in science, technology and the economy should translate into a good life: closer relationships, room to grow and a greater say in our own future. That is why we want to connect research with practical action, test solutions and share what we learn.

Max Kuśmierek hopes that AI could eventually take on NEOTOPIA’s leadership, if it demonstrates the ability to serve its mission responsibly. This is a personal ambition for the future. The founder leads the preparation today; the timing and model of any future handover remain open.

Here, alignment asks how AI decisions can reliably serve human purposes and values. We want to learn how to assess their effects, hear the people affected and enable them to challenge decisions. An improved score alone is not enough: what matters is the change in people’s lives.

Our beginning

From Szczecin. With an open perspective.

NEOTOPIA is at the beginning of its journey. Its founding deed was signed on 24 September 2026. The founder is Maksymilian Kuśmierek.

We are preparing to bring two of the founder’s initiatives into NEOTOPIA: the existing KinoLemon platform and AGI Poland, whose next report edition is in preparation. We are building the organisation and seeking partners for new projects. Delivery depends on agreeing the scope and securing funding.
